Artist coverage

OnStage helps fans follow concert setlists, with Live Activities and notifications when a source is reporting songs during a show.

Live, song-by-song tracking and notifications are currently supported for Phish, King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard, Goose, Umphrey's McGee, Slightly Stoopid, Neighbor, Dogs in a Pile, and Eggy.

Other artists in the app use fan reports from setlist.fm. Those artists can have touring information, setlist history, and live updates when fans are reporting during a show. Coverage, timeliness, completeness, and the availability of recordings vary by artist, show, and source.

Common Questions

Why didn't I receive a live update?

Confirm that notifications and Live Activities are enabled for OnStage in iOS Settings. Most updates land within 30 seconds to 2 minutes of a song actually starting — that gap is almost always the time it takes for someone at the source (Phish.net, a Songfish site, etc.) to log the song, not a delay inside OnStage itself. Live coverage also depends on the artist, show, source-data availability, network conditions, and just how fast the community is reporting that night. For artists backed by setlist.fm, updates depend on fans reporting the show live; see Artist coverage above and Data Attribution.

Why doesn't a show have audio?

Recordings are not available for every artist or show. Fan recordings may take time to appear after a performance, and some shows may never receive a permitted public recording.

Why is a setlist incomplete or incorrect?

Live setlists are community-supported and can change as sources correct or complete their records. OnStage may temporarily display partial or delayed information.

Can I request another artist?

Yes. Use Request an Artist on the Explore screen. Requests help us understand demand, but they do not guarantee that an artist will be added. Support depends on reliable data and the artist's recording and distribution policies.

How do I report a rights concern?

Send the affected artist, show date, recording or image, source URL, and an explanation of your concern to rights@thunderpremlabs.com. We will review credible reports promptly and may disable access while a concern is investigated.

Response expectations

OnStage is currently maintained by a small team. We will make a reasonable effort to respond, but response times are not guaranteed—especially during a run of shows, when the computers are also at the concert.
